Home Safety & Security Checks
We will conduct a thorough and well documented walk-through of your home on an agreed upon schedule. Our checklist includes all appliances, each room in the home, crawl spaces, and garages. We will immediately notify you of any concerns.
Arrival/Departure Concierge Services
We will “open” your home hours before your arrival to ensure everything is in pristine condition, the kitchen is properly stocked, and everything is in working order. We will also “close” your home when you leave. This includes managing dish washers, laundry, and clean up.
Schedule Cleaning & Repair Work
We will schedule all home cleaning, repair work, and other contractors for you. We will also provide key access to your home so you don’t need to be present or concerned about security. All completed work will be reviewed by us to ensure it meets your specifications.
